Our Products

Each product we create is designed to provide a clear solution with long-lasting benefits for your skin. We firmly believe that less is truly more - the beauty industry has much room for improvement in this area.

Our inaugural collection is crafted with sustainability in mind, incorporating eco-friendly materials and advanced manufacturing processes. The bristles and ferrules are made entirely from Post-Industrial Recyclate (PIR). PIR employs materials repurposed from industrial waste thus reducing the need for virgin resources and supporting recycling innovation. The brush handles are crafted from 100% FSC-certified materials, ensuring responsible sourcing.

Additionally, all brush components are sourced locally by our production facility, minimising our carbon footprint. Our entire range is cruelty-free and vegan, reflecting our commitment to ethical beauty.

We partner with manufacturers who not only meet but consistently exceed local certifications and environmental regulations. Our partners are committed to ethical labour practices, ensuring fair and responsible production.

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We carefully assess the environmental impact of our manufacturing and shipping processes, prioritising collaborations that align with our values.

When it comes to packaging, we choose eco-friendly materials and avoid unnecessary waste. You will note our brushes are not individually boxed, but instead gently packaged to ship to you. Our shipping packaging is either made from recycled materials, recyclable, or made to reuse. We encourage you to recycle or reuse our courier and interior packaging.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, from New Zealand, bringing Scandinavian-inspired beauty essentials straight to your doorstep. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours on standard business days. We partner with trusted couriers to ensure fast and reliable, local and international delivery.

New Zealand
Free Shipping is provided on orders over $100 NZD. Otherwise, a flat rate of $7 NZD applies.

Orders are sent with NZ Post tracked courier service. Estimated delivery is 1 - 3 business days from dispatch. Please allow an additional business day for rural addresses.

Australia
Free Shipping is provided on orders over $100 AUD. Otherwise, a flat rate of $10 AUD applies.

Orders are sent with NZ Post tracked courier service and are handed over to Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 7 - 14 business days from dispatch.

Rest of World
Free Shipping is provided on orders over $100 USD or €100. Otherwise, a flat rate of $15 USD or €15 applies.

Orders are sent with NZ Post tracked courier service and are handed over to a local courier provider.

Estimated delivery is 10 - 15 business days from dispatch.

Duties and Taxes
Rest of World orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes / duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Skin Wardrobe Cosmetics. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the taxes or duties likely to be charged prior to placing your order.

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. By default, all orders are sent using a non-signature courier service. Please make sure that your shipping address:

is correct at the checkout as we are unable to change it after dispatch and you will need to contact the courier provider directly.
has a safe place to leave your order if you are not there to receive it as we are not responsible for theft of your once it has been delivered to your nominated address.

If you have additional delivery notes or instructions for your order, please add this to the ‘notes’ field in your cart.

We do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, flight schedules, or courier delays. The transit times above are estimates only, and we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by third parties.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Lost / Not Delivered

If you believe your order is lost or has not been delivered, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number for assistance. If the matter is not resolved by the courier, please get in touch with us via email on hello@theskinwardrobe.com
