Our Story

Inspired by the simplicity and sophistication of Scandinavian beauty, Skin Wardrobe Cosmetics is your capsule wardrobe of elevated beauty essentials. We are the jeans and white T-shirt of beauty. We provide reliable, effective cosmetic solutions that will never let you down.

We acknowledge there are many amazing products in the skincare beauty universe - however our experience shows that the core beauty essentials leave customers disappointed or overwhelmed. Our collection has been meticulously created to fit seamlessly into your broader beauty routine. We’re not asking you to change your ‘ride or die’ favourites – however, imagine if you could enhance their outcome?

We are a cruelty-free, vegan brand and our products use the highest quality materials to ensure longevity of performance. Every decision we make has sustainability at its core, because we care as much as you do about the impact of your purchases.

Our Founder

In 2018, Catherine founded an exclusive, Scandinavian skincare business, The Skin Wardrobe. She has spent the past 6 years curating a collection of advanced Scandinavian brands, exclusively offered to New Zealand and Australian customers.

This valuable time in business has armed her with extensive knowledge, garnered from customers' and her own expertise in the Scandinavian beauty space.

Catherine dreamed of creating a collection of multitasking, elevated essentials for focused beauty lovers with no time for compromise. Her dream has now become a reality.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, from New Zealand, bringing Scandinavian-inspired beauty essentials straight to your doorstep. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours on standard business days. We partner with trusted couriers to ensure fast and reliable, local and international delivery.

New Zealand
Free Shipping is provided on orders over $100 NZD. Otherwise, a flat rate of $7 NZD applies.

Orders are sent with NZ Post tracked courier service. Estimated delivery is 1 - 3 business days from dispatch. Please allow an additional business day for rural addresses.

Australia
Free Shipping is provided on orders over $100 AUD. Otherwise, a flat rate of $10 AUD applies.

Orders are sent with NZ Post tracked courier service and are handed over to Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 7 - 14 business days from dispatch.

Rest of World
Free Shipping is provided on orders over $100 USD or €100. Otherwise, a flat rate of $15 USD or €15 applies.

Orders are sent with NZ Post tracked courier service and are handed over to a local courier provider.

Estimated delivery is 10 - 15 business days from dispatch.

Duties and Taxes
Rest of World orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes / duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Skin Wardrobe Cosmetics. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the taxes or duties likely to be charged prior to placing your order.

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. By default, all orders are sent using a non-signature courier service. Please make sure that your shipping address:

is correct at the checkout as we are unable to change it after dispatch and you will need to contact the courier provider directly.
has a safe place to leave your order if you are not there to receive it as we are not responsible for theft of your once it has been delivered to your nominated address.

If you have additional delivery notes or instructions for your order, please add this to the ‘notes’ field in your cart.

We do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, flight schedules, or courier delays. The transit times above are estimates only, and we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by third parties.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Lost / Not Delivered

If you believe your order is lost or has not been delivered, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number for assistance. If the matter is not resolved by the courier, please get in touch with us via email on hello@theskinwardrobe.com
